White gold ring (18 kt.) Polished with Akoya pearl (Ø 8.25 mm - gr. 80) and brilliant cut diamonds (ct 0.29 H). The pearl is fastened to a yellow gold screw. Guarantee and Certificate of Authenticity Salvini with insurance (robbery and strike) and original box.
